JNE, Red Heart Seed Mala

Prayer bead mala strand of 108 beautiful heart-shaped seeds from the Red Sandalwood Tree (adenanthera pavonina), refered to as Circassian Seeds in India and Britain, and called "Jumbies" in the Caribbean. These beads are often used by jewelers and designers to create their own unique finished pieces. Traditionally, these strands are worn and used as prayer beads, each bead marking the repetition of a prayer.

As our mala are handcarved and assembled from natural materials, bead and tassel appearance may vary. Size: approx 42" inches long
